Lebanon Opera House License Agreement

The City of Lebanon has granted a license to the Lebanon Opera House to use the City's property for their events and operations. The license allows the Lebanon Opera House to temporarily locate chairs and tables on the sidewalk and within the parking spaces located at the front of City Hall, as well as in the alley between City Hall and the neighboring building. The license also permits the Lebanon Opera House to serve food and beverages, including alcohol, to its customers. The term of the license is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Key aspects of the contract include: • The Lebanon Opera House must maintain a minimum 42” pedestrian walkway at all times. • The Lebanon Opera House must keep the premises and area walkways in a clean condition at all times. • The Lebanon Opera House must provide a copy of the NH issued license to serve alcohol prior to the sale or distribution of any alcoholic beverages. • The Lebanon Opera House must secure adequate insurance coverage pursuant to the City’s licensing requirements. • The Lebanon Opera House must indemnify the City from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of this Agreement.
