Term Agreement for Audit and Consulting Services

This contract is a term agreement for audit and consulting services to be performed for the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) and the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA). The awardee is responsible for conducting annual financial audits, preparing bond‑compliance reports, delivering Federal Single Audits when required, and providing assorted consulting and technical accounting assistance. The work includes delivering printed and electronic audit reports, presenting findings to each agency’s board, and meeting strict record‑readiness and delivery deadlines each fiscal year. The agreement has an initial three‑year term (≈ Mar 2016 – 30 Jun 2019) with three optional one‑year extensions and a final additional year to finish any outstanding services, for a possible total duration of six years and a contract ceiling of $1.08 million. • Annual audits of AIDEA and AEA financial statements, including bond‑compliance and Federal Single Audits. • Consulting services such as agreed‑upon procedures, technical accounting advice, and assistance with new accounting standards. • Mandatory in‑person board presentations and strict record‑ready dates (22 Aug for AIDEA, 28 Sep for AEA) with final audit delivery by 28 Oct each fiscal year.
