Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, Remediation Services and Waste Disposal

The City of Boise is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide personnel, equipment, and resources as On-Call Emergency Environmental Services for situations, incidents, or accidents requiring emergency response throughout the city. The services may involve response, coordination, planning, containing, cleaning, transporting, and/or disposing of hazardous and/or non-hazardous materials or substances. The selected contractor(s) will treat, transport, and dispose of hazardous wastes adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and waste acceptance criteria. • The contract is for emergency response and remediation services, including hazardous materials cleanup and disposal. • The City of Boise is seeking multiple contractors for this service. • The contract will be awarded based on the best-qualified proposal. • The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The contract will be for a term of unspecified duration, with the possibility of renewal. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, analytical testing, documentation, supervision, and delivery of same to perform emergency response and remediation services.
