EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT SERVICES

The Los Angeles Community College District solicited professional services to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive workforce‑development program that links students with employers for internships and permanent‑job placements. Services are to be delivered primarily remotely and must include employer outreach, student coaching, faculty collaboration, data collection, and regular reporting. The district may award a single or multiple contracts and retains the right to refuse any award. The contract term is three years (June 1 2021 – May 30 2024) with two optional one‑year extensions. • Employer outreach: build and maintain an employer database, coordinate networking events, site tours, and hiring sessions. • Student outreach: marketing, orientation, resume/interview coaching, placement tracking, and post‑placement follow‑up. • Faculty & staff liaison: attend class visits, collaborate with career centers, and integrate employer input. • Reporting & data tracking: administer surveys, submit bi‑monthly/monthly progress reports, and maintain detailed placement metrics.
