Description
This solicitation seeks an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract for professional staffing services to support AIDEA’s statewide operations. The contract will be awarded on a multi‑award basis, allowing AIDEA to issue task orders for short‑term (minimum 40 hours) and long‑term (up to one year, renewable) assignments covering a broad range of labor categories—from administrative assistants to program managers and engineers. Proposals must include a technical narrative addressing objectives, methods, management, past performance, and a single total hourly rate for each labor category. The award will be based on weighted technical scores (20 % objectives, 10 % methods, 10 % management, 25 % past performance) and a price evaluation (15 % labor billing rates). The base period is one year beginning January 2022, with up to three one‑year option extensions, and the overall performance window runs through December 2025.
