Description
This contract provides comprehensive sustainability consulting and mechanical‑electrical‑plumbing (MEP) review and verification services for the Wheaton Gateway mixed‑use development. The contractor will verify that design and construction meet a suite of high‑performance certifications (LEED‑H Platinum, PHIUS+ 2021, ENERGY STAR, DOE Zero Energy Ready, WELL, etc.), produce Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis‑of‑Design reports, assist with PEPCO utility incentive applications, and participate in design‑team meetings concerning the International Green Construction Code (IgCC) and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). The scope covers both entitlement and construction phases, includes coordination through Basecamp/Procore, and requires compliance with HUD 4010 labor standards and HUD 5370 contract clauses.
