Skagway Municipal RV Park Management

The Municipality of Skagway awarded a contract for the full‑service management of its two seasonal RV parks—Pullen Creek and Garden City—for the 2022‑2023 seasons. Heger Construction, LLC will be responsible for operating the reservation system, collecting and remitting revenues, providing on‑site staffing, maintaining facilities (restrooms, showers, utilities, and minor repairs), and handling all administrative reporting. The contract is “not‑to‑exceed” a fixed fee per season, with interim monthly payments and a final close‑out payment after all equipment and website control are returned.
