Engineering/Street Design ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

The City of Pittsburgh has entered into a professional services agreement with Arup USA, Inc. for engineering and street design services. The agreement is for a term of two years, with the option to renew for two successive one-year periods. Arup USA, Inc. will provide services on an as-needed basis, and the City of Pittsburgh will pay for these services based on a lump sum or hourly rate basis. The agreement includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance. The contract also includes a statement of work, which outlines the specific services to be provided by Arup USA, Inc. Some of the key services include: • Provision of engineering and street design services • Completion of constructability reviews • Evaluation of future maintenance and operational needs • Provision of CADD services • Participation in multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality service to the City of Pittsburgh. The agreement is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes arising out of the agreement will be resolved through litigation in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
