Description
The City of Corvallis is seeking a design-build installation of a roof-mounted solar array on Building 7. The contract includes the final construction of a turn-key installation photovoltaic (PV) system, integration of power to the grid, and corresponding on-line monitoring equipment. The proposal will be valid for 90 days from the date of proposal opening. The City of Corvallis encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to submit proposals.
• The contract requires the use of recyclable products to the maximum extent economically feasible.
• The contractor shall take every effort to maintain roofing integrity and warranty.
• The proposal includes necessary engineering to determine if roof weight capacity will allow solar installation.
• The contractor shall provide final As-Built drawings, in both printed and digital formats, upon completion of installation.
