Insurance Licensee Examination Services RFP

The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division, on behalf of the State Auditor's Office, Commission of Securities and Insurance (CSI), is seeking a contractor to develop, maintain, and administer examinations and provide Continuing Education course creation and review services. The contractor will be responsible for providing examination fees, continuing education fees, and other costs. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the highest overall score, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. • The RFP includes a detailed scoring guide, with points available for various evaluation criteria, including technical proposal, cost proposal, and offeror qualifications. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed project plan and timeline, as well as a plan for customer service and problem resolution. • The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option for renewal. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal pay for Montana women. • The RFP includes a detailed description of the services required, including examination fees, continuing education fees, and other costs.
