Tires, Auto, Truck, OTR & Farm

This contract is for the provision of tires, including passenger, light truck, medium truck, police pursuit, off-the-road, and farm tires. The contract is a multiple award contract, with three vendors awarded: CONTINENTAL GENERAL TIRE INC, GOODYEAR TIRE AND RUBBER COMPANY INC, and MICHELIN NORTH AMERICA INC. The contract has a duration of approximately 3.3 years, from November 8, 2018, to February 28, 2022. The scope of work includes the supply of tires to various government agencies, with pricing based on a catalog/price list. • The contract includes a list of core items, which are line item specific for primary suppliers. • When tires in a category provided by the primary supplier are not line item specific, the price list for the tire needed and the applicable discount percentage will be used. • The contract is available for COSTARS members' participation, with some suppliers agreeing to sell to registered COSTARS members. • The contract includes language regarding discount from catalog contracts, requiring ordering agencies to request a copy of the pricing page from the supplier and attach it to their purchase order.
