OUTSTANDING OLDER AMERICAN AWARDS LUNCHEON ON 5/6/16 (SOUTH KOHALA AREA)

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide lunches and room rental for the Outstanding Older American Awards Luncheon, which will take place on May 6, 2016, in the South Kohala area. The vendor will be responsible for providing 450 plated lunches, equipment, and room rental for the event. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The key aspects of the contract include: • Providing 450 plated lunches, including salad, entree, dessert, and beverage • Providing equipment, including podium, microphone, American flag, and Hawaiian flag • Providing room rental for the event, including setup and cleanup • Ensuring that all items are delivered to the event location, F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes • Complying with all federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and employment.
