Description
This IFB solicits bids for the renovation of the 1st and 3rd floors of the Yellowstone County Courthouse in Billings, MT. The work includes cabinetry and custom courtroom benches, laminate and acoustic wall panels, fire‑alarm system installation, and associated demolition and debris handling. The project will be executed while the courthouse remains operational, requiring careful staging, noise control, and safety management.
