Solar Array Inspection, Maintenance, Cleaning and Repair Services

The City of Corvallis is seeking a contractor to provide solar array inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and repair services for its solar arrays. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and repair services for the solar arrays, as well as providing inspection reports and upgrading equipment as necessary. The contract is for 3 years, and the contractor will be paid based on a unit price and hourly rates. The key points of this contract include: • The contractor will perform annual inspections and maintenance services for the solar arrays. • The contractor will provide inspection reports to the Sustainability Coordinator. • The contractor will upgrade equipment as necessary to maintain production monitoring and data storage. • The contractor will provide links for public viewing of each solar array's current and historical production data. • The contractor will perform cleaning and repair services as necessary. • The contractor will coordinate the work with the Sustainability Coordinator.
