Part C Mt Milestone Early Intervention RFP

The State of Montana, Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking contracts to provide a comprehensive system of early interventions within the counties to ensure Child Find, Referral, Evaluation, and Assessment. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, including AW Holdings, LLC, Billings School District 2 (ECI), Developmental Education Assistance Services, and Family Outreach. The scope of work includes providing administrative systems, comprehensive early intervention systems, internal policies and procedures, child find, referral systems, service coordination, multidisciplinary evaluation and assessment, individual family service plans, and individualized service provision.
