Redesign Business Processes for the Department of Labor and Industry

The Department of Labor and Industry is seeking a contractor to provide services for a Process Redesign Services System. The contract involves four primary deliverables: Business Process Redesign, Communications Plan, Change Management, and Connections & Integrations. The successful offeror will be required to provide their total cost for the scenario presented in the Scope of Services. • The contract is for a lump sum. • The contract involves professional services such as business management services, editing and writing services, facilitator services, market research services, mediation services, and workforce services. • The contract has a bonus of 5% of the total points available for offerors who agree and certify compliance to Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women. • The contract requires offerors to certify that they do not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association during the term of any contract awarded under this solicitation.
