POWER INVERTERS

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of power inverters. The contract was awarded to Barbarian Usa Inc. The power inverters must be equal to Sensata Dimensions 12VDC Pure Sine Wave 3000W Inverter. The vendor must deliver the inverters to the DPW Traffic Division Signal Shop in Hilo, HI. The quotation must include all applicable taxes and shipping costs. The contract also includes the supply of any applicable shipping and taxes, if not already included in the quote. Key points to note are: • The power inverters must be installed inside a compact cabinet. • The outlet on the side of the unit would be inaccessible, so the plug must be on the face of the inverter. • The award will be to the next lowest priced responsive vendor that quoted as requested. • The RFQ form and inverter specifications are available for download. • The vendor must submit their quotation through Public Purchase.
