Description
This contract awards a full‑service digital‑media production effort to create virtual graduation ceremonies for the Los Angeles Community College District. The vendor will produce a district‑wide ceremony and eight college‑specific ceremonies, deliver final video files for broadcast on June 8 2021, and may also provide a specialty graduation celebration. The scope includes pre‑production planning, multi‑camera 4K/8K capture, editing, graphics, closed‑captioning, live‑streaming to up to 30 platforms, drone footage, music licensing, and post‑production support. The contract period runs approximately from early March to mid‑August 2021, with a base‑bid price and hourly rates for any add‑on services.
