BATTERIES

The County of Hawaii is seeking to purchase batteries for the Hawaii Fire Department. The contract includes five different types of batteries, all of which must be Duracell brand and include shipping and applicable taxes in the price. The award will be by individual line item, unless otherwise noted. The contract requires that all quotations must be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • The contract includes five different types of batteries: "AAA" size, 1.5 volt, alkaline, 192/case; "AA" size, 1.5 volt, alkaline, 192/case; "C" size, 1.5 volt, alkaline, 96/case; "D" size, 1.5 volt, alkaline, 96/case; and 9.0 volt, alkaline, 48/case. • The contract requires that the price(s) shall remain firm for 90 days and that delivery must be within 5 days after the date of the purchase order. • The contract also requires that the vendor must provide a purchase order, which will be faxed or emailed, and that the vendor must provide a hardcopy of the purchase order if required.
