Contract

This contract establishes a long‑term cooperative purchasing agreement for the supply of new (or clearly identified refurbished) automobiles, SUVs, vans, light‑trucks, chassis, and related equipment/accessories to a wide range of public sector entities (state, local, tribal, K‑12, higher‑ed, nonprofit, and Canadian public entities) that participate in Sourcewell’s program. The vendor, National Auto Fleet Group, will provide the vehicles at or below the prices quoted in its proposal, with an administrative fee already embedded in the contract price. Quarterly sales‑activity reports and administrative‑fee remittances are required within 45 days of each quarter’s end. The contract runs from 11 Apr 2021 through 8 Nov 2025, with a possible one‑year extension upon mutual written agreement. Cancellation may be initiated by either party with 60 days notice, or immediately by Sourcewell for material defects.
