Official Team Apparel, Uniform, & Equipment Sponsor of Mayville Athletics

The University of North Dakota (UND) on behalf of Mayville State University is seeking a vendor to provide official team apparel, uniforms, and equipment. The contract is for a 6-year period, with the option for renewal. The successful vendor will be required to provide high-quality products, efficient ordering and delivery processes, and excellent customer service. The contract includes provisions for liquidated damages, conflict of interest, and risk management. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable labor and occupational safety laws.
