Medical and Claim-Related Bill Processing, Review, and Payment Services

The Montana State Fund (MSF) is soliciting responses from vendors who can provide medical and claim-related bill processing, review, and payment services. The successful vendor will provide an integrated, intuitive solution that leads to enhanced workflows and improved data quality. The contract requires the vendor to process medical bills from providers and facilities, vocational rehabilitation bills, medical case management bills, and other related services. The vendor must also provide an explanation of review (EOR) to the medical provider after a bill has been approved by the claim examiner.
