Description
The City of Olathe is requesting proposals from institutions qualified to provide banking, merchant, and procurement card services. The RFP is divided into three sections: banking services, merchant services, and procurement card services. The city reserves the right to split the award between institutions offering the best overall solution in each category.

• A pre-bid conference was held on August 1, 2011.
• The city received proposals from seven institutions.
• The evaluation process may take longer than anticipated due to the large number of responses.
