Description
This solicitation invites private‑sector partners to propose revenue‑generating, service‑delivery, or improvement projects for Snohomish County parks and related facilities. The RFP outlines a broad menu of partnership opportunities—including event programming, naming‑rights sponsorships, food‑service operations, sports‑facility management, equestrian services, shooting‑range development, air‑park activities, camping, and interpretive‑center operations—each requiring a detailed business plan, projected revenue to the County, and any capital improvements offered at no cost to the County. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price professional‑services agreement (pro‑forma attached) with standard County insurance, indemnity, and compliance clauses (including NPDES storm‑water requirements). Multiple contracts may be awarded, and proposals are evaluated on innovation, experience, revenue, capital improvements, and sustainability.
• Opportunities span event production, food & retail, sports & recreation, equestrian, shooting, aviation, camping, and educational facilities.

• The County requires compliance with NPDES storm‑water permits, standard insurance coverage, and a 30‑day invoice payment schedule (with e‑Payable option).
