Lead Reclamation, Remediation and Demolition

The City of Boise is seeking a Design Build firm to provide remediation services and complete site stabilization, materials recovery, demolition, and disposal of a vacant single-story building. The contract is for a lump sum of $173,000.00, awarded to Abatement Pro Inc. The project includes pre-demolition services, demolition services, and waste management and disposal. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposals received. • The project is located at 131 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho. • The project requires compliance with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) remedial action target levels for lead associated with shooting activities at the property. • The City of Boise is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • The contract is exempt from federal and state taxes.
