Wastewater Reclamation Plant Digester 8100 Cleaning and Inspection-CHANGE IN BID OPENING TIME

The City of Corvallis Public Works Department was seeking a qualified contractor to clean Digester 8100 located at the Wastewater Reclamation Plant and inspect the interior of the digester after it has been cleaned. The digester tank cleanings are from the Wastewater Reclamation Plant, located at 1304 NE 2nd Street, Corvallis, Oregon. The mixture contains organic and inorganic solids, grit, grease, scum, hair, plastics, rags, silt, industrial solvents, and other material normally found in digesters in a wastewater treatment plant. Unfortunately, no bids were received for this project. Key aspects of the contract include: • The digester tank cleanings are from the Wastewater Reclamation Plant. • The mixture contains various materials, including organic and inorganic solids, grit, grease, scum, hair, plastics, rags, silt, industrial solvents, and other material. • The contract was not awarded due to a lack of bids. • The City of Corvallis Public Works Department may re-advertise the RFB in the near future.
