Description
The Oklahoma Health Care Authority is seeking one or more Dental Benefit Managers (DBMs) to administer the statewide SoonerSelect Dental Medicaid benefit. The contract is a risk‑based, capitated arrangement that requires the vendor to build and maintain a statewide provider network, deliver enrollment outreach, manage claims processing, and meet extensive performance, reporting, and accreditation standards. The award will be based on a best‑value technical evaluation (1,550 points) plus price, with optional renewal periods.
• Capitated, risk‑based payment model covering children, pregnant women, expansion adults, former foster‑care youth, and other eligible populations.
