On-Call Sign Language Services

This contract provides Sedgwick County with on‑call American Sign Language, tactile sign‑language, and non‑ASL interpretation services both in‑person and via video‑remote platforms. The County can call on the vendors for scheduled standard services during business hours or for emergency requests requiring a response within two hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Two vendors were selected, each offering hourly rates that differ by service type and platform, with a base three‑year term and two optional one‑year extensions. The agreement includes minimum two‑hour billing increments, specific rates for non‑ASL services, and provisions for client no‑show fees.
