Provide Jail Textiles

This contract is a multi‑year, as‑needed supply agreement for McHenry County Jail textiles, including bedding, blankets, towels, uniforms, and related accessories. The County may award portions of the 13‑item list to one or more vendors, though in this instance a single vendor, Bob Barker Company Inc., was selected. Bids must be submitted electronically by August 28, 2024, with physical product samples due the same day. The contract term runs from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2028, with the third and fourth years optional. No bid bond, performance bond, or payment bond is required, and the County requires all‑inclusive case pricing (shipping included) and free product samples.
