Janitorial Services (NDSSP)

This contract awards janitorial services for the North Dakota State Surplus Property (NDSSP) facility. The selected vendor will provide twice‑weekly cleaning, covering bathrooms, office areas, public spaces, and equipment storage, operating during evening hours. The State supplies paper products while the contractor provides all labor, equipment, chemicals, and related supplies.
