Thickening Polymer

The City of Boise is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of dry polymer for use in the operation of Rotary Screen Thickeners (RST) at the West Boise Water Renewal Facility. The contract is for the delivery of thickening polymer to condition Waste Activated Sludge Release (WASR) as part of the Enhanced Biological Phosphorus Removal (EBPR) process. The contract requires bidders to pre-qualify their products and provide pricing per dry ton. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids received. • The contract is for the supply and delivery of dry polymer. • The polymer will be used for the operation of Rotary Screen Thickeners (RST) at the West Boise Water Renewal Facility. • The contract requires bidders to pre-qualify their products. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The contract is exempt from federal and state taxes.
