Description
The State of Montana, State Procurement Services Division (SPSD), on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, is seeking offerors to provide direct administrative services to WIC Clinic services to Valley County and surrounding area. The contract involves providing WIC Clinic Supervisor services, and the offeror must comply with the instructions and procedures outlined in the RFP. The scope of work includes providing nutrition services and administration (NSA) funds for direct or indirect costs that are necessary and reasonable for the support and fulfillment of WIC program operations and objectives.
• The contract is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the number PHH-RFP-2025-0609TBH-D.
• The offeror must meet all mandatory requirements, including completing and uploading the attached Business Information document, addressing each item in the document, and uploading it to the question.
• The offeror must also download and review the attached Specifications / Scope document, Offeror Qualifications document, and Cost Proposal document, and thoroughly address each item in the documents.
