The North Dakota Air National Guard will award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price Architect‑Engineer Type C contract to Zerr Berg Architects, Inc. for construction‑phase services supporting an access‑control infrastructure upgrade at the Guard’s Fargo installation.
