RFP 27-03 Halloween Parade - Crowd Control Barricades

The Town of Vienna is seeking sealed proposals to provide and install temporary metal crowd‑control barricades along Maple Avenue for its annual Halloween Parade. The work includes positioning barricades on both sides of the street from Center Street to Branch Avenue and part of Center Street to ensure safety for participants and spectators. This is a short‑term, non‑technology, non‑professional services contract focused on event safety infrastructure. • Install temporary metal barricades along specified street segments • Provide all materials, labor, and coordination for safe placement • Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and timely removal after the event
