5th Avenue North Reconstruction, Project No. 2503

The City of Watertown is seeking bids for the reconstruction of 5th Avenue North from 4th Street NW to Highway 81. The project includes street, drainage, and utility improvements, such as traffic control, excavation, grading and shaping, sanitary mains and services, water mains and services, storm sewer, drainage structures, concrete curb & gutter, concrete valley gutters, sidewalks, and other miscellaneous items.
