Fleet Parts Delivery

The City of Columbus is seeking a contractor to provide on-demand parts delivery services for the Division of Fleet Management. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and delivering a wide range of vehicle and equipment parts from vendor locations to designated City Fleet facilities. The contractor must be able to handle and transport parts in a manner that prevents damage, loss, or delay, and must maintain communication with City staff regarding order status, delays, or issues. The estimated annual contract value for these services is approximately $35,000. • Provide same-day pickup and delivery of parts as requested by City Fleet. • Coordinate directly with City-designated staff for dispatch and delivery confirmation. • Ensure all deliveries meet required timeframes based on pickup location. • Handle and transport parts in a manner that prevents damage, loss, or delay. • Maintain communication with City staff regarding order status, delays, or issues.
