The Banks County Board of Education is seeking qualified construction‑management firms to act as Construction Professionals (CM‑at‑Risk) for major renovations to the Banks County Primary and Elementary Schools. The scope includes pre‑construction services (cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, constructability reviews) and construction‑phase management of HVAC replacement, roof TPO membrane installation, and related exterior envelope work. The contract will be an actual‑cost plus fee arrangement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
