The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide tree planting services within the Plains Thompson Falls Ranger District. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to perform the work. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the contractor must submit pricing for all items. The USDA will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. • The contractor must have experience in tree planting and be able to provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of similar projects completed in the past three years, including project descriptions, dollar amounts, and project owner contact information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution. • The contractor must provide certification under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers Protection Act (MSPA) and Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) Certificate of Registration requirements.
