Pest Control Services for FCC

The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services for the Farmington Correctional Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services to keep the facility free of insects and pests, including but not limited to rats, mice, roaches, flies, ants, and spiders. The contractor will be required to perform a thorough inspection of all areas to be serviced prior to service initiation and provide routine treatments in accordance with the minimum service schedule outlined in the contract. The contractor will also be required to report to the Department's designated representative regarding safety precautions and provide written recommendations to deal with pest problems other than by poison, baits, and traps. • The contract period will be from September 26, 2026, to September 25, 2027. • The contractor will be required to provide an initial treatment of all specified areas and provide routine treatments in accordance with the minimum service schedule. • The contractor will be required to use environmentally preferable products unless specified elsewhere. • The contractor will be required to provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each product/chemical used. • The contractor will be required to take all necessary precautions to prevent injury to humans and property and to prevent environmental damage.
