Refuse Collection Vehicles and Supporting Equipment

This RFP seeks qualified vendors to supply new refuse‑collection trucks, chassis, bodies, roll‑off equipment, alternative‑fuel platforms, telematics, safety systems, and associated maintenance, training, and warranty services for the City of Tempe and other 1GPA member agencies. The contract will be a cooperative, multi‑year agreement with firm‑fixed pricing for a “Market Basket” of vehicle configurations and optional discount structures for additional models. Vendors may propose any combination of vehicle types (front‑loader, side‑loader, rear‑loader, roll‑off) and power‑train options (CNG, LNG, hybrid, electric).
