Claims Services for Injured Patient and Families Compensation Fund

The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) is seeking a contractor to provide claims services for the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund. The scope of work includes administration, adjusting, and management of claims, as well as monitoring cases through to final resolution, managing litigation, maintaining claims data, and producing reports as directed by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI).
