The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is seeking information from interested contractors for the design and construction of the Sentinel Systems Infrastructure Launch Facilities in missile fields associated with three different Air Force Bases. The project involves constructing 450 launch facilities across 40,000 square miles, with each facility being a permanent construction that complies with Department of Defense Anti-terrorism/Force Protection requirements. The facilities will be equipped with delay and denial measures and will require compliance with ICD 705 guidelines. The project is anticipated to be accomplished as a Design-Build (DB) and/or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project, with a project execution window between 2028-2040. • The project involves constructing launch facilities in secure boundaries with sub-surface hardened silo dimensions estimated to be 20 feet in diameter with a depth of 110 feet. • The facilities will require compliance with Department of Defense Anti-terrorism/Force Protection requirements and will be equipped with delay and denial measures. • The project is anticipated to be accomplished as a Design-Build (DB) and/or Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project. • The project execution window is currently anticipated between 2028-2040. • The potential requirement may result in a solicitation issued approximately 2026.
