Hemoglobin Testing Supplies - LDH

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for Hemoglobin Testing Supplies, including Hemo Control Microcuvettes, Hemo Control Cuvette Replacement, Hemo Control Optic Cleaners, and Hemo Control Analyzer. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The supplies will be used by the Louisiana Department of Health - Bureau of Nutrition Services. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide all required documents, including a completed bid form and any applicable certifications. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights and disabilities. • The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or cause. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the supplies and services provided. • The contractor must comply with all applicable standards and regulations, including those related to energy efficiency and environmental protection.
