Description
The State of Tennessee, via the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, seeks a contractor to design, develop, implement, and operate a comprehensive Remote Easy Access License (R.E.A.L.) point‑of‑sale system. The solution must support in‑person POS, a 24/7 public web and mobile portal, real‑time ACH revenue processing, extensive licensing, boat registration, quota‑hunt, harvest reporting, and captive‑wildlife modules, and must provide full data migration, high‑availability, robust security (AES‑256, NIST 800‑53, PCI‑DSS), disaster‑recovery, training, and a toll‑free help desk. The contract will follow the Tennessee Business Solutions Methodology, include detailed documentation (PMP, QA plan, SDD, etc.) within 30 days of contract start, and run for up to 60 months with possible 180‑day extensions.
