Propane Gas 2027

Jefferson County, Missouri is seeking bids for the provision of propane gas for the year 2027. The contract term is for one year with a one-year renewal option. The county's annual propane gas requirements total approximately 20,000 gallons. The successful bidder will be responsible for monitoring tank levels and keeping the tanks full. The bidder must also provide a complete gas inspection and pressure test of each system at no additional charge. • The bid price is firm from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. • The bidder must estimate and include a step-down regulator with the tank bid and installation/hook up of the tank. • The bidder must deliver to the following facility locations: Radio Tower, Maintenance Building North, Maintenance Building East, Maintenance Building West, Light Fleet Garage, Animal Control, High Ridge Civic Center, Economic Development Council, and Animal Resource Center. • The bidder must provide documentation of the tank safety inspection and manufacturer reports at the time of tank purchase.
