Description
The Army is issuing a 5‑year multiple‑award IDIQ contract (with one optional 5‑year extension) for Recruiting, Management, and Administrative Support (RMAS) services under the Generation VI Human‑Resource‑Solutions program. The contract will be 100 % small‑business set‑aside and will be administered by the Army Contracting Command‑Rock Island. Work will be performed on a task‑order basis and may include recruitment and retention program design, personnel management, event and protocol support, data analysis, technical writing, and administrative functions. Contractors must possess Secret‑level clearances for classified work, meet extensive training and cybersecurity requirements, and be able to support both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
