WeGo Public Transit (Nashville MTA) is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a five‑year, integrated Fuel Quality Monitoring & Management Program for its two fueling facilities. The contractor must supply diesel and gasoline fuel‑treatment products (biocide, multi‑function improvers), provide ISO‑9001 laboratory testing, maintain an in‑region technician for quarterly site visits, conduct on‑site training, operate a custom fuel‑management web portal, and generate regular reporting. The solution must be “lock‑and‑key” – engineering, manufacturing, distribution, testing, and support all performed by the vendor. Experience with comparable public‑sector fleets (≥200,000 population) and documented cost‑savings are required. Optional solar‑powered dosing equipment may be leased.
