RFP for City of Lexington Uptown Municipal Service District

The City of Lexington is seeking a qualified private or non‑profit agency to manage its Uptown Municipal Service District (MSD) under the North Carolina Main Street Four‑Point Approach. The contractor will administer marketing, economic development, event management, planning, and public‑space services, pursue additional funding, and serve as the liaison between the MSD and City Council.
