Recycling Sponsorship & Management Services RE-SOLICITATION

The City of Cincinnati’s Office of Environment & Sustainability is seeking a single qualified firm to design, sell, implement, and manage a comprehensive sponsorship program for its residential recycling assets (carts, corner cans, drop‑off sites) and related digital platforms. The contractor will develop sponsorship packages, secure sponsors, create branding and graphics, fabricate and install signage, maintain assets, engage the community, and provide ongoing reporting and analytics. The contract is a three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals, and subcontracting is limited to 40 % of the contract value. Evaluation will weigh experience (25 %), technical approach (25 %), cost (40 %), and innovation (10 %). • Develop tiered sponsorship packages for ~100,000 recycling carts, 400 corner cans, and 20 drop‑off locations. • Conduct sales outreach, negotiate agreements, and manage sponsor relationships. • Design and produce branding graphics, fabricate signage, install on assets, and perform maintenance. • Create community engagement campaigns and digital outreach. • Deliver regular performance, revenue, and compliance reporting. • Must meet MBE/WBE subcontracting goals (3 % MBE, 4 % WBE).
