Budget estimate

$70,000 – $100,000

No budget is disclosed, but typical costs for new cold‑beverage vending machines range from $4,000–$6,000 each. For 12 units, equipment cost is roughly $48,000–$72,000. Adding freight, lift‑gate delivery, installation labor, training, a 90‑day warranty service period, and trade‑in/removal expenses could add $15,000–$28,000. Therefore a reasonable total contract value is estimated between $70,000 and $100,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the selected machine model, negotiated trade‑in value for the old units, travel/logistics costs to the prison, and any optional extended service agreements.
